This is a fabulous hotel - perfect location, comfortable, romantic rooms, beautifully decorated and appointed. Lots of crystal as you would expect. The bar is hopping, the restaurants are first class and the service is exceptional. They handled our special dietary needs perfectly - a menu just for dairy free and gluten free - that is attention to detail. The afternoon tea is wonderful. Selection of teas is exceptional. The tea concierge Gabriella is so knowledgeable.

Pros: The hotel location is perfect , close to so much.The staff was great, and hotel is amazing.
Cons: the amenities (special request form), It would be nice just to call and get a request done and not have to fill out forms and email back and forth.
Location: The location is amazing , it close to central park, Rockefeller center, shopping and short walk to time square,
I stayed here for two nights. From arrival to departure the staff were polite and very professional. The hotel room is very comfortable. Also great location that close to so many thing to do (shopping , time square, central park, Rockefeller Center,etc), My only complaint is i tried to have a special request done so when i arrived it was ready and after receiving to forms to fill out and email back and forth, i gave up. Just be nice to call and request and have it taken care of. but other then that is was amazing and defiantly worth the splurge.
